We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can do it on your account on our website or via mail. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question.

Shipment takes from 2 to 3 working days in Italy. WIll take longer for international shipping (5 to 10 working days).

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.Most of products are manifactured in Italy, but there could be exception for a few pieces.Product provenience is always mentioned in product description.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
